This house renovation is quite interesting, we try to use old house materials to save on new building costs. We tried to maintain the existing tile materials and wall boundaries but changed the function of the space
We did not change the shape of the building significantly from the initial shape of the building so that the memory of the old house remains. The height of the building is also made not too high, you can see the comparison with neighboring houses so as to save construction costs.
Old roof tile is reused as a secondary skin on the building facade to cover the service area behind it. Void becomes the link between the family room and the 2nd floor so that the impression of space remains high.
