This retirement house was originally twin houses with two senior occupants living in one side. The owners requested the house to be merged with extra large master rooms on the ground floor with guests rooms on the first floor with minimum changes on the facade. The whole concept of this house is to be user friendly and giving the feeling of tranquil even though the house is located in middle of Western Jakarta city's traffic.
